Opening Hours 

Monks Eleigh Community Shop is situated next to The Swan Inn on The Street. This vital community asset was founded in 2003. it is a non-profit-making organisation staffed by volunteers from the village and the local area.

It sells a wide variety of products many of which are locally sourced. Selling fresh breads and cakes, vegetables, frozen foods, snacks, store cupboard essentials, household items newspapers, cards, stationary, confectionary, ice-creams, plants and bird food. 

Donations for Bildeston Food Bank can be made here, non-perishable items and toiletries can be left in the donation box located at the shop door.

Monks Eleigh Post Office sells Royal Mail and Parcelforce World services. It also offers every day banking services, pay bills and top up, foreign currency and Travel Money Cards.

Milden postal service is provided by Hadleigh Delivery Office in Church Street. The exception to this is Milden Hall which is covered by the Sudbury Delivery Office.
