There is no regular bus service to or through Milden, other than school buses. There are different bus companies and community transport groups that operate within the area. Timetables and fares can be found at Konnect Bus and Suffolk On Board for bus transport from Hadleigh, Sudbury, Boxford, Lavenham and Bildeston.
Suffolk County Council recognises that not everyone can access conventional public transport with their Bus Pass, however their Travel Voucher Scheme can assist with the cost of fares with taxi companies and community transport groups. Please check with the operator that they accept the vouchers before you book your travel.

Connecting Communities assists with rural transport for journeys which start within Babergh District Council. Information can be found via Suffolk On Board Ways to Travel
